What is planned?
The Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021
PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION: Prospective Major Application at 108-114 and 116 Dundas Street, Edinburgh.
Proposed demolition of existing buildings and erection of hotel development (Class 7) with ancillary restaurant and bar.
The in-person public consultation event will take place on Wednesday 21st January 2026 from 4pm to 7pm. It will be held at the Stockbridge Parish Church, 7b Saxe Coburg Street, Edinburgh, where you will be able to find out more about the proposal and will also have opportunity to speak to the project team representing the Applicant.
