Notice Is Hereby Given That The London Borough Of Tower Hamlets Is Considering The Following Applications:
Standon House, 21 Mansell Street, London, E1 8AN PA/25/02104 - Demolition of the existing building and erection of a new building of up to 22 storeys, plus two storey basement, to provide office and retail space (Use Class E) and a new hotel (Use Class C1) with restaurant (Use Class E); along with roof level plant enclosures, refuse and recycling facilities, cycle parking, servicing, landscaping, and other associated works. The application can be viewed on the Council's web site at: https://development.towerhamlets.gov.uk. Matilda Community Day Nursery, St Katharine's Way, London, E1W 1LQ PA/25/01987 - Proposed removal of existing nursery storage cabin structure and installation of a new timber storage cabin of improved appearance, slightly reduced footprint, and identical use.
The following are householder applications and in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about these applications will be sent to the secretary of state, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
