What is planned?

Town and Country Planning 1990 (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) I give notice that an application has been made to Salford City Council by the following for planning permission for the developments indicated which may affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area and Affects the Setting of a Listed Building specified or Listed Building Consent:

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission for a householder planning application, it will be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
