Public consultation is now open on minor amendments to the planning appeal scheme for land south of Ancton Lane, Middleton-on-Sea, concerning the proposed development of 67 new homes.
The appeal (Ref. APP/C3810/W/25/3374471) follows the refusal of the original planning application (Ref. M/49/24/PL).
