1. Affects the Setting of Listed Building. Demolition of the existing buildings
and construction of a new food store (Use Class E(a)), with access, car
and cycle parking, landscaping and associated works. Winchelsea Road

2. Bexhill Town Centre Conservation Area. Partial change of use to 1B1P
flat to the rear of 31 Sackville Road. Includes alteration and extensions.

4. Change of use of ground floor from shop to residential and repair and
renovation of grade II listed building. 20 Landgate, Rye, TN31 7LH.

5. Proposed internal alterations and extension to the Main Dwelling;
Proposed external and internal alterations to the Outbuilding and
proposed replacement of adjacent Greenhouse. Proposed site wide hard
and soft landscaping including alterations to access driveway, installation
of PV panels and reinstatement of existing Tennis Court. The Elms,

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2, 4 and 5 above. Listed Building Consent in respect of 3, 4 and 5 above.

The proposed development in respect of 1 above does not accord with the
provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
