Blackheath Conservation Area

GFF, 12 Church Terrace SE13 Retrospective planning permission for the installation of a replacement wooden fence (DC/25/142302)

Culverley Green Conservation Area

58 Inchmery Road SE6 Demolition of an existing detached garage and the construction of a new detached garage with storage (DC/25/142485)

Telegraph Hill Conservation Area

41 Erlanger Road SE14 Change of use and alterations to the existing basement, formation of front and rear lightwells, front wall with railings, lowering of access to provide a self-contained studio flat with bin and bike store (DC/25/142216)

23 Gellatly Road SE14 Construction of a single storey rear extension, replacement door and windows to front & two rear roof lights (DC/25/142453)
