Reference: AVA/2025/0874 Applicant Name: Mr & Mrs Bulldeath Address: 56 Town Street, Duffield, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 4GG Proposal: Renovations works inclusive of replacing stone heads/ lintels, replacement/ refurbishment of windows/ doors, blocking up existing openings, replacement render to rear elevations, removal of internal walls, removal of 3no chimneys and installation of 2no conservation roof lights.
