HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y B4310 Felin-gwm Uchaf, o fan sydd tua 3.5 cilometr i’r gogledd-orllewin o’r gyffordd â’r A40, am bellter o 430 metr i gyfeiriad y de-orllewin.

Wrth y gyffordd, troi i’r dde i’r A485 a pharhau i gyfeiriad cyffredinol y de drwy Alltwalis a mynd i mewn i Bont-ar-sais, hyd at y gyffordd â’r B4301. The County of Carmarthenshire (B4310 Felingwm Uchaf) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the B4310 Felingwm Uchaf, from a point approximately 3.5 kilometres north-west of its junction with the A40, for a distance of 430 metres in a south-westerly direction.

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

The Alternative Route for south-west bound traffic will be to proceed in a northerly then north-easterly direction along the B4310, passing through Abergorlech, to its junction with the B4337. At the junction, turn right and continue in a south-easterly, then general southerly direction along the B4337 to its junction with the A40. At the junction, turn right and continue in a south-westerly direction along the A40 to the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the third exit and continue in a general south-westerly direction along the A40, passing through Broad Oak and Llanegwad, to its junction with the B4310. At the junction, turn right and continue in a north-easterly direction along the B4310 to return to a point south of the closure. Vice versa for northbound traffic.

The proposed Order will continue in force whilst works are carried out on behalf of Carmarthenshire County Council to remove vegetation and construct a concrete block.

It is intended that the works commence on Monday 26th January 2026 for 5 weeks.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (A484, Bronwydd to Gwili Railway, Carmarthen) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the A484, Bronwydd to Gwili Railway, Carmarthen from a point approximately 110 metres Southeast of its junction with the B4301 for a distance of approximately 200 metres in a South Easterly direction.

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

The Alternative Route for South Eastbound traffic will be via the A484 to Francis Well roundabout, the A4243 to Dolgwili roundabout, the A485 to Llanllwni, the B4336 to Pontwelly, the A486 to Saron then the A484 to return to a point Southeast of the closure. Vice versa for North Westbound traffic.

The proposed Order will continue in force whilst works are carried out on behalf of Carmarthenshire County Council to carry out essential tree and foliage removal works with the construction of a concrete retaining structure.

It is intended that the works commence on Monday 26th January 2026 to Sunday 15th February 2026.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (C2079 & U2124 Llangain) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the C2079 Llangain from a point 1.1 kilometres north-west of its junction with the B4312 for a distance of 850 metres in a north-westerly direction and the U2124 Llangain from a point 1 kilometre south-west of its junction with the C2078 for a distance of 500 metres in a south-westerly direction.

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

The Alternative Route will be via the via the north-westbound U2131 (from Llangynog), the north-east bound C2078 (from Johnstown to Llanybri), and the south-west bound B4312 Llansteffan Road.

The proposed Order will continue in force whilst works are carried out on behalf of Openreach to maintain safe access to an underground structure.

It is intended that the works commence on Friday 30th January 2026 for a period of 15 days.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (The C1301 Llanpumsaint to Bancyffordd, Carmarthen) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the C1301 Llanpumsaint to Bancyffordd from a point 125 metres South of its junction with the C1305 for a distance of approximately 1¼ mile in a South Easterly direction.

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

The Alternative Route for South Eastbound traffic will be to proceed in a Northerly direction to its junction with the C1305. At the junction, turn right onto the C1305 and proceed in a North Easterly direction to its junction with the C1306. At the junction, turn right onto the C1306 and proceed in a South Easterly direction passing Ffynnonwen, to its junction with the A485. At the junction, turn right onto the A485 and proceed in a general Southerly direction through Alltwalis and entering Pontarsais, to its junction with the B4301. At the junction, turn right onto the B4301 and proceed in a South Westerly direction to its junction with the C1301. At the junction, turn right onto the C1301 and proceed in a North Westerly direction to return to a point South East of the closure.

Vice versa for North Westbound traffic.

The proposed Order will continue in force whilst works are carried out on behalf of BT Openreach carry out overhead structure works.

It is intended that the works commence on Tuesday 29th January 2026 to Wednesday 11th February 2026 between 09:30 hours & 15:30 hours (No Weekend Working).

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.
