WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:

c) WL/2025/01227: Bishop Norton: A Wilson: Land at Archer St: erect 4 dwellings & convert barn to form 1 dwelling(affects right of way)
d) WL/2025/01232: Middle Rasen: R Archer: Land at Caistor Rd, Chantrey Park Phase 5: reserved matters to erect 58 dwellings considering appearance, landscaping, layout & scale following outline 135013(major app)
e) WL/2025/01241: North Kelsey Moor: Mr Smith: Land off Grasby Rd: formation of 1 commercial fishing pond(major app)
