Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

A0051.25, Moorings Garage Southend Arterial Road Homchurch, Retrospective application for the installation of 3x internally illuminated free standing board signs and 1x internally illuminated fascia sign

L0011.25, Russell House, Ockendon Road Upminster, Listed Building Consent for the replacement of 9 sash windows. The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan
