The following applications have been received by the Council:
P25/1386 – The Occupier for Demolition of existing buildings and erection of 2 no. Class B2/B8-use units, including ancillary offices and staff facilities, together with associated parking, infrastructure and landscaping at Land at Peartree Lane, Dudley
PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) REGULATIONS 1990
These applications affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or the setting of a Listed Building.
P25/1454 – The Occupier for Demolition of existing buildings to facilitate an Outline application for erection of 31no. residential flats (access, appearance, layout and scale to be considered) at 36-43 Market Street, Stourbridge, DY8 1AG
