Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been submitted to the Council. The Codes are as follows: DEP Departure from Development Plan Town and Country Planning (Consultation) England Direction 2009. Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 2015 - Article 15. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
M/25/01897/TDC5 Alfrick CP DEP Technical Details Consent for the proposed erection of 1 no. two-storey dwelling (self-build) following grant of permission in principle M/25/00840/PIP Land At (OS 7497 5332) Folly Road, Alfrick.
