NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

OUT/001010/25 – Outline planning application for B2/B8 uses with matters of access, appearance, layout and scale in detail, and landscaping reserved for future determination at Land adj Manor Lane, Hawarden Industrial Park, Broughton.

(The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area to which the application relates).

FUL/001038/25 – Construction of 117 affordable homes. New vehicular and pedestrian access off Ffordd Pedrog, public open space including equipped play, landscaping, highways works, foul and surface water drainage infrastructure and associated ancillary works at Land at Quarry Farm, Leadbrook Drive, Oakenholt.

FUL/000095/25 – Change of use of first floor to provide self contained 2 bedroom flat and changes to the ground floor shopfront and additional rear door at 39-41 Wrexham Street, Mold.

(This development affects the setting of a Listed Building within a Conservation area).

FUL/000979/25 – Proposed change of use and alterations of the former bank to the ground floor to provide 2 no. residential flats at 8 Trelawny Square, Flint.

(This development affects the setting of a Listed Building within a Conservation Area).
