Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990: Notice under section 73 Town and Country Planning Act 1990, Hazardous Substances Act 1990
WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) WL/2025/01221: Stainfield: Mr R Shirley: The Mill, Kingthorpe Rd: conversion & new first floor extension to existing outbuildings, & erection of garage. (app WL/2025/01220 also rec’d)
b) WL/2025/01233: Market Rasen: C Miller: Market Rasen & Louth Rugby Club, Willingham Rd: 2 padel courts with storage & lighting.
c) WL/2025/01236: Nettleton: Mr K Payne: The Yard, Mansgate Hill: remove existing building & erect 2 dwellings incl. garages & surfacing. (affects right of way)
