PFP 25/4681/FA Court Farm Sandpit Hill Tingewick Demolish the existing agricultural barn and construct a replacement structure on the same footprint and to the same overall height

Listed Building within a CA 25/02354/ALB The Thatches School Lane Chearsley Increase the height of the chimney stack from 1.2 M to a minimum of 1.8 M above the thatch ridge and replace the existing flue liner with a class one insulated flue.

Affects setting of LB PL/25/2875/FA 3 Twitchell Lane Aston Clinton Demolition of existing pitched roof and construction of a new roof structure to facilitate a loft conversion, including two small front dormer windows and rear rooflights. Erection of a single-storey rear extension with associated works to create a new loft-level bedroom above, integrated into the proposed roof over the existing dwelling.
