Proposal: Remedial works including:
1. Severe decay by wet rot fungus (Coniophora puteanea) to floor joists above cellar.
2. Treat accessible exposed timber surfaces in attic with insecticidal fluid

Proposal: Single storey extension (south-east side), single storey rear extension, single storey side/rear extension, 2no. porches, enhanced vehicular access, and associated landscaping (following demolition of an existing single garage)
