REVISIONS TO THE BOUNDARY OF WASHINGBOROUGH CONSERVATION AREANOTICE OF DESIGNATION
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 24th July 2025 North Kesteven District Council resolved to make changes to Washingborough Conservation Area under the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 sections 69, 70 and 71. The Council published the proposals on 4th November 2024 and held a public consultation event on 6th November 2024 and the consultation period lasted 4th November to 13th December 2024. The Council had regard to the views expressed during the consultation period and any written representations when making the resolution.

2. The following properties have now been excluded from Washingborough Conservation Area:Main Road number 87A, Marjorie Close numbers 1-5 (inclusive) and 6-16 (even), Willow Court numbers 1-18 (inclusive), Church Hill including Manor Farm, The Rectory, and numbers 10, 12, 14, and 16, Barn Owl Way numbers 1-14 (even) and 15, School Lane number 31.

3. The following properties have been included within Washingborough Conservation Area:School Lane numbers 21,23.
