NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 19(3)(d) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Proposed development at Land South of Burfield Drive, Waldens Road, Orpington, BR5

I give notice that Lands Improvement Holdings Ltd is applying to the LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY for Outline application with all matters reserved except access reserved for up to 350 dwellings with 50% affordable homes, community uses or healthcare floorspace, public open space, landscaping, surface water drainage, and associated infrastructure and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

The application was received on 20.11.2025 and is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
