Any representations regarding the above applications must be received in writing by 7th January 2026 to the address below. You can see details and plans of the application on our website at https://online.wirral.gov.uk/planning and you can submit comments online or by E-mail to planningapplications@wirral.gov.uk.
In the event that an appeal is made against a decision of the Council to refuse to grant planning permission for the proposed development, and that appeal then proceeds by way of the expedited procedure under the written representations procedure, any representations made by the owner or tenant to the Council about this application will be passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further representations. Any owner or tenant wishing to make representations should do so by the date given above.

There is no alternative route for vehicles. Access will be maintained for pedestrians and cyclists to the Wirral Circular Trail.
The Order will not prevent reasonable access at any time for pedestrians to premises situated on or adjacent to any road to which this Order relates nor any premises accessible only to pedestrians from such a road.
This Order will be known as the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral Alabama Way Birkenhead Special Event Order 2026 and shall come into operation on the 9 January 2026 and apply daily from midday to 16:00 pm on that day only.
