Great Yarmouth Borough Council has received the following planning applications for development in the Borough, which are hereby advertised.

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (Article 15) THE PROPOSALS BELOW ARE ADVERTISED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS: 1. Affects a Conservation Area 2. Affects the setting of a Listed Building 3. Departure from Development plans 4. Affects Public Right of Way

  • 46 Queens Road, Great Yarmouth; Change of use from a 12-person, 12-bedroom House of Multiple Occupation (Sui Generis use class) to an 18-person, 18-bedroom House of Multiple Occupation with manager's flat (Sui Generis use). Application No: 06/25/0889/CU (1)
  • Site previously used for Slingshot ride, South Beach Gardens, Marine Parade, Great Yarmouth, Installation of a 50m high observation wheel - including supporting structure with decking, ramp access and a ticket office for a period of 4 years from 01 March 2026 to 28 February 2030 (inclusive). Application No: 06/25/0957/F (1,2)
  • Proposed development of vacant garden land for 3 detached residential dwellings to be built and occupied as self-build or custom-build housing, with associated infrastructure and access drive. Application No: 06/25/0871/F (2,3.4)
