NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) for planning permission have been made to the Council:

Proposal: Outline application for the erection of up to 165 dwellings with public open space, landscaping and sustainable drainage system (SuDS) (all matters reserved except access)

Reason for Advertising: Major Application for the purposes of the Order above as amended. Departure from the approved Local Plan currently in force
