NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at land to the north of Mill Lane and west of Grove Hill.
I give notice that Hallam Land are applying to Wealden District Council for outline planning permission (with all matters reserved except means of access) for the erection of up to 280 dwellings including affordable housing, together with the formation of new access and reconfiguration at Mill Lane, formal and informal open space, landscape planting, drainage infrastructure, and associated works.
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council within 21 days of the date of this notice at Wealden District Council, Council Offices, Hailsham, BN27 2AX, by 9 January 2026.
*”Owner”* is defined as a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
**”Tenant”** is defined as a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
