Notice under Article 13 of an application for planning permission.
We give notice that Barwood Development Securities Ltd has applied to West Northamptonshire Council to remove criterion c) (ii) of planning condition 31 of attached to planning permission ref. S/2016/1324/EIA (as amended by S73 permission ref 2024/5662/S73.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at West Northamptonshire Council, One Angel Square, Northampton, NN1 1FE within 21 days of the date of publication of this Notice.
Note: Owner means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest with an unexpired term of not less than 7 years. Tenant means the tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
