TWC/2025/0818 – 39 High Street, Coalport – Erection of a single storey rear extension (Retrospective)
TWC/2025/0821 – Land adjacent Lawley Village Primary Academy, Bryce Way, Lawley – Erection of a two storey parish community facility building with associated car park

TWC/2025/0848 & TWC/2025/0849 – Barn, The Grange, Tibberton, Newport, Shropshire – Conversion of existing Grade II listed barn into 1no. dwelling (Full Planning Application & Listed Building Application)
TWC/2025/0851 – Severn Trent Water, Rodway Pumping Station, Cherrington – Change of use of land to operational for the installation of new water treatment infrastructure, demolition, ancillary works and biodiversity net gain on land to the east of the existing operational site
TWC/2025/0857 & TWC/2025/0858 – The Gables, 1 Drury Lane, Rodington – Erection of a single storey rear extension (Full Planning Application & Listed Building Application)

Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at
planning.control@telford.gov.uk
and need to be received by 8th January 2026 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication.
If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them
