REGULATION 25 – PROVISION OF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

An Environmental Statement Addendum has been submitted to North Norfolk District Council in connection with the planning application reference PO/25/0492 submitted by Corylus Planning and Environmental Ltd on behalf of the applicant Innova Consulting Ltd.

Proposed development at Land West of Pine Tree Farm, Norwich Road, Cromer

Erection of up to 550 dwellings plus 1.26ha for accommodation for the elderly (Class C2 or C3), 2.9ha for playing pitch and ancillary use, associated infrastructure – outline with details of access only (all other matters reserved).

Members of the public may inspect copies of the Environmental Statement Addendum and Non-Technical Summary at the Council’s Offices, Holt Road, Cromer NR27 9EN by prior appointment during all reasonable hours which can be arranged by contacting (01263 513811) or by inspecting the documents on the Council’s website at www.north-norfolk.gov.uk

Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement Addendum from Corylus Planning & Environmental Ltd, The Old Dairy, Yanworth, Cheltenham, Glos. GL54 3LQ, telephone 01242 907030, with a paper copy at a charge of £20 and £15.00 for a CD. The Non-Technical Summary is available free of charge.
