Proposed development at Land to the East of Battle Road, Hailsham. I give notice that Fernham Homes (Sussex) Ltd is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for the introduction of new condition and variation recondition 2 of WD/2024/1833/MAO (outline planning application with all matters (except access) reserved for the demolition of 152 Battle Road and the erection of up to 145 residential units including 5% custom and/or self build plots, together with open space, areas for play space and associated works) to ensure the development is completed in the necessary phases due to the scale of development. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
