25/02792/FU4 - Kepier Academy Dairy Lane Houghton-le-Spring DH4 5BH. Kepier Academy is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Erection of three-storey extension to the existing Kepier School building, detached external dining shelter, and creation of additional parking spaces to accommodate new teaching staff.
The above application relates to development on land or buildings owned by Sunderland City Council.
25/02242/FUL – Rear 21 Houghton Road Hetton-le-Hole Houghton-le-Spring DH5 9PQ. Mr Thomas Patrick Ward is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Erection of two detached dwellings with detached double garages, vehicular access, hardstanding areas and associated landscaping. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
