Hysbysaf fod Ashley Hulme yn gwneud cais i Gyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Blaenau Gwent am ganiatâd cynllunio i adeiladu tŷ ar wahân gyda gwaith allanol cysylltiedig.
Nid yw’r datblygiad arfaethedig yn cydymffurfio gyda darpariaethau’r cynllun datblygu sydd mewn grym yn yr ardal lle mae’r tir y gwneir y cais amdano.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (WALES) ORDER 2012
Development at: Peacocks, 41-44 Church Street, Abertillery, Blaenau Gwent, NP13 1DA.
I give notice that Ashley Hulme is applying to Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council for planning permission for Proposed Change of use of vacant retail unit (Class A1) to licensed Sports Bar on upper floor (Street Level) and lower ground floor (Floor level below).
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the application land is situated.
Anyone who wishes to submit comments about this application should write to the Council at the following email address planning@blaenau-gwent. gov.uk or to General Offices, Steelworks Road, Ebbw Vale, NP23 6DN within 21 days from the date at the bottom of this notice, quoting the application ref no. P/2025/0341.
The application may affect a Public Right of Way (to which Part 3 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 [public rights of way] applies).
Any comments you make will be taken into account when the application is decided. Should the application be reported to Planning Committee you may be able to speak at the meeting to make Councillors aware of your views.
