Application reference: PL/2025/0002270/LBC Site address: Council House, Earl Street Proposed development: Installation of electrical plug sockets with associated routing of electrical supply Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building
Application reference: PL/2025/0002274/RVC Site address: 36 Providence Street Proposed development: Variation of Condition 4 (gas boilers/electric vehicle recharging point): imposed on planning permission FUL/2022/1994 granted on 03/11/2022 for proposed alterations to change existing dwelling house into 4no. residential apartments Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
