In accordance with the above, notice is hereby given that application(s) have been made to Epsom & Ewell Borough Council for permission to carry out the following proposal(s):-

25/01347/FUL - Deacon, St Ebbas Hospital, Hook Road.

Refurbishment of treatment rooms and associated treatment areas to provide air conditioning and fresh air ventilation incorporating the installation of 2No. external air condenser units and 4No. vent pipes. Internal alterations including a new loft access for maintenance purposes.

Conversion of garage to accommodate a habitable room. Part two storey side and rear extension and part single storey rear extension following demolition of existing single storey rear extension and associated works. Replacement roof and windows, hard and soft landscaping incorporating the laying of a gravel driveway to provide parking.
