Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Warwick
District Council for Listed Building Consent or Conservation Area Consent
and/or planning permission in respect of applications scheduled below.
BAGINTON
W/25/1655/LB Weavers Cottage, Church Road, Baginton, Coventry, CV8 3AR:
Erection of single storey rear extension and internal alterations for Mr and Mrs Cutler.
BARFORD
W/25/1643 28 High Street, Barford, Warwick, CV35 8BU: Replacement of existing
rear UPVC conservatory with new rear extension, installation of side-facing
rooflights, alterations to the frontage to include new timber clad entrance and doors,
alterations to staircase and construction of ramped access for C Rock.
LEAMINGTON SPA
W/25/1632 75 Greatheed Road, Leamington Spa, CV32 6ET: Erection of single
storey side and rear extension. New escape window and lightwell to front elevation.
Removal of existing reduced chimney stack at rear. Amended opening to existing
garage garden elevation for Mr and Mrs Clark.
W/25/1636/LB 24 Milverton Crescent, Leamington Spa, CV32 5NQ: Like for like
replacement of rear French doors retaining timber and single glazing, overlaying new
flooring to ground floor hallway and internal alterations to second floor for Ashfield.
W/25/1656/LB Covent Garden Multi Storey Car Park, Russell Street, Leamington
Spa: The over all project is the partial demolition of the Covent Garden multistorey carpark and demolition of adjoining pedestrian footbridge. The retention
and alteration of the existing lower level and ground floor level parking areas of
the multi-storey structure at Covent Garden Multi Storey Car Park, Russell Street,
Leamington Spa The footbridge itself adjoins to the rear of a property (no. 20)
which fronts onto The Parade. This application focuses on the making good of the
rear of no 20 The Parade once the pedestrian footbridge is removed for Warwick
District Council.
ROWINGTON
W/25/1638/LB Cumsey Lodge, The Cumsey, Pinley Green, Warwick, CV35 8LU:
Dismantle and rebuild the timber framing to the front left-hand gable projection
together with remedial works to the forward section of the right and left-hand side
elevations of the same gable projection for Mr S McDaide
