APPLICANT: Poppymill Limited

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT: Land by Clayton Road, Kingston Bypass (A309), Esher Bypass (A3) and Hook Park

PROPOSAL: Cross boundary outline application with Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames.

Development within Elmbridge includes highway works to Kingston Bypass (A309) providing new primary access, altered road layout, new footways and cycle lanes, and works to Woodstock Lane to provide a new left turn only access onto Kingston Bypass.

Development within Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames includes phased development including demolition of existing structures and the provision of new homes (Use Classes C2 and C3), non-residential uses (Use Classes E, F and Sui Generis), open spaces and other ancillary infrastructure. (All Matters reserved except for Access.)

Application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
