Details may be inspected online at www.runnymede.gov.uk. Any representations must be done by going through the planning search on the Council website and pressing "make a comment", this needs to be received within 21 days from the publication of this notice; one additional day will be given for each Bank Holiday falling within this period. Representations received are available for public inspection.

RU.25/1340 Corn Merchant House, Unit 1a, Station Road North, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9FE Change of use from Class E (commercial, business, and service) to Sui Generis to enable the operation of a new food court with proposed alterations to the design of the front entrance doors and 2 associated air conditioning units (amended description and amended red line site location plan 4.12.25)

RU.25/1703 Kilree Cottage, Abbey Green, Chertsey, Surrey,KT16 8RF Listed Building Consent for single storey rear extension.

RU.25/1710 83 London Street, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 8AN Conversion of rear stores/wc to habitable accommodation, installation of Crittall style windows and doors, replacement rear stores/wc roof with 3x skylights and internal alterations including partial demolition of internal walls and 1x ground floor left rear chimney breast, repair of rear first floor brickwork/external paint and repair/ repainting of existing rear facing windows.
