PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2021
On 11th November 2021 Rushcliffe Borough Council confirmed the above order as unopposed.
In accordance with s.257 and paragraph 8 of Schedule 14 to the above Act notice is hereby given that on 24th November 2025 Rushcliffe Borough Council certified that the alternative rights of way required under the terms of the above orders have been created to its' reasonable satisfaction. The order has now taken effect.
Copies of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at the Legal Services department at the address given below during normal office hours. Copies of the orders may be obtained at a reasonable charge.
