What is planned?

REDCAR & CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL

TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received the following planning applications and listed building consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:

*R/2025/0793/CA: Demolition of attached outhouse; single storey rear extension at 18 Bristol Avenue, Saltburn
*As the above applications are householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment.

R/2025/0724/LB: LBC for new timber shop front; 3 timber windows to upper floor; alterations to rear access to garden & customer toilets at 7 Market Place, Westgate, Guisborough

R/2025/0776/VC: Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) and Condition 6 (Management Plan) on planning approval R/2025/0326/CA to amend internal layout and operational capacity at 95 High Street West, Redcar
R/2025/0798/LB: LBC for replacement of existing roof coverings and repair work to chimney at St Katherinese, 6 Balmoral Terrace, Saltburn
R/2025/0801/VC: Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of R/2024/0325/CA to reduce size of extension; change of roof materials to match existing house & alterations to opening into extension at The Old White House, Saltburn Lane, Saltburn

Applications can be viewed on the Council's web site: www.redcar-cleveland.gov.uk/Planning and documents downloaded if required. Anyone who wishes to make representations on the above should make them in writing to the Section within 21 days of the date of this publication. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any representations made are available for public inspection.
