NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) Eastbourne Borough Council intend to dispose of land (by the grant of a lease) forming the former public conveniences at Albert Parade, Green Street BN21 1SB. The land edged red on the plan, measuring approximately 0.04 Acres, will be used under a commercial letting to provide a new café, community space and toilets.
A plan identifying the precise location of this land is available for inspection upon request using the contact details supplied below.
