6. Proposal alterations to Grade II Listed property. Yew Arch, The Street,

7. Rye Conservation Area. External repairs to brickwork, pointing, leadwork,
chimney & doors, renewal of parapet gutters to improved design, internal
structural repairs to roof, replacement of front windows with altered opening
casements, replacement of small second floor windows as slim double glazed, additional internal wall lining at flat 2. Replacement of flats 1 & 2 entrance doors. The Old Grammer School, High Street, Rye. RR/2025/1802/LBC and RR/2025/1804/FULL.

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7 above. Listed Building Consent in respect of 5, 6, and 7 above.
