I hereby give notice that Sandwell Council has received the following applications under the planning acts, of which it is required to give public notice for the reason given at the beginning of each group of applications.

Proposal: Retrospective change of use to open storage yard with 2 No. double cargo storage containers, site office, parking, dropped kerb, new fencing/gates to front and associated works.

Proposal: Proposed variation of conditions 1 and 3b of planning permission DC/22/66859 (proposed three-storey extension and change of use to 3 No. offices on ground floor, 10 No. studio flats on first and second floors, fire escape at rear and external alterations). Condition 1 – proposed single storey extension and to improve accessibly. Condition 3b – Proposed brick walls and shop front/roller shutters finished in RAL 5026.
