NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at: Land adjacent to 80 Greatness Lane, 33 to 47 Mill Lane, and the Abacus Furniture Project, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN14 5BU
Take notice that application is being made by: West Kent Housing Association
For planning permission to: Proposed demolition of existing buildings and re-development of the site comprising 26 affordable homes (Use Class C3), together with associated car and cycle parking, bin storage, landscaping, biodiversity enhancements and associated works.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Sevenoaks District Council, Planning Services, Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 1HG
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.

‘Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. ‘Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
