What is planned?

The Town and Country Planning Act requires the following to be advertised:

P25/S3637/LB Emergency roof repairs:
Front of property:
1. Replacement of fallen cast iron guttering with PVC alternative. 2. Splicing of rotten roof timbers with fresh wood. 3. Change of batten gauge from 8" to 9" to prevent water ingress. 4. Replacement of sodden chipboard in dormer structures. 5. Removal of dormer tiles to prevent water retention. 6. Replacement of failed, mixed slates with Glendyne Canadian slate.
Rear of property: 1. Rebuilding of collapsing chimney stack with like for like materials. 2. Reinstatement of missing chimney pots. 3. Capping of chimney pots. 4. Re-leading around the chimney.
