Applicant: Stenergy (Worcester) Limited,

Proposal: Proposed Anaerobic Digestion facility for a Biomethane Gas to Grid Plant, creation of new access and haul road from Hindlip Lane and ancillary works — AMENDED/FURTHER INFORMATION,

Location: Court Farm, Hindlip Lane, Hindlip, Worcestershire, WR3 8SS

Stenergy (Worcester) Limited is applying to Worcestershire County Council for planning permission for the above proposal.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated, as it is located within the Green Belt. The development may affect the setting of a Conservation Area(s) and Listed Building(s).

The County Council previously consulted on the above proposal, however, the applicant has submitted amended/further information, and the County Council are now seeking comments on this amended/further information.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application and/or amended/further information should write to the Council, either online using the link above or by email/post to the address at the bottom of this notice.
