I am the agent responsible for the planning application for the erection of commercial units (B8 Use) within an existing farmyard, including parking and associated landscaping, at Paul's Farm, Little Bardfield, CM7 4TN. We currently have an active cross-boundary application in Braintree.

I hereby give notice that I am applying for planning permission on the following unregistered land: Black Lane from Bell Lane to Paul's Farm.

If you believe you are the owner of any part of this land, or know someone who may be, please come forward and provide evidence of ownership within 21 days of this publication.
