25/01517/OUT Land At Outwood Common Road Billericay Essex Outline Planning Application (all matters reserved except for vehicular access onto Outwood Common Road) for the erection of up to 300 dwellings (Use Class C3), parking, additional pedestrian connections and works to enhance public rights of way, public open space (including childrens play areas) and landscaping, sustainable urban drainage, and associated infrastructure and works, including emergency vehicular access.
