DESIGNATION OF COLSTON BASSETT CONSERVATION AREA

Notice is hereby given under the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 Section 69, that Rushcliffe Borough Council has designated parts of Screveton as a Conservation Area.

The Screveton Conservation Area is an area of special architectural or historic interest, the character or appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance.

The area will become subject to planning regulations and controls set out under the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. If further information is required, please contact Rushcliffe Borough Council's Conservation team on 0115 914 8483 or conservationareas@rushcliffe.gov.uk
