NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, that Leeds City Council intends to dispose of land which includes public open space through a sale, particulars of which are set out in the Schedule below. Any person who wishes to object to the proposed disposal should submit written representations by post to Legal Services Civic Hall Leeds LS1 1UR, or by email to property. and.development@leeds.gov.uk (quoting reference A76/SKR) no later than the 20 December 2025.
