TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Land East of the A34 and South of A555, Handforth, Cheshire.

Take notice that application is being made by: Cheshire East Council.
Applicant: Ms Jo Wise.
For planning permission to: Vary conditions on hybrid planning permission 19/0623M relating to an approved mixed-use settlement for the Garden Village at Handforth. Comprising (1) Outline permission including: demolition works; around 1,500 new homes (class C3), employment uses (class B1 & B2), mixed-use local centre (Classes A1–A5, B1(a), C1, C2, C3, D1 & D2), green infrastructure and associated infrastructure; (2) full permission for initial preparation and infrastructure works including ground remediation, re-profiling and preparation works, highways, drainage, utilities, replacement A34 bridge and other green and associated infrastructure.
