I give notice that Bellway Homes Ltd (Strategic) c/o DHA Planning is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission of an outline planning application for the development of up to 150 residential dwellings (including affordable housing), vehicular access road from peelings lane, internal roads, car parking, landscaping, public open space, and other associated works and infrastructure. all matters to be reserved with the exception of the main site access. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
