REASON FOR HEARING

Appeal Mr Daniel Kennedy, relating to the application to Braintree District Council for:

Change of use of land to include 4 no. traveller pitches and erection of stable block and manage (D2) 32m x 30m at Ayletts Farm Plaistow Green Road Greenstead Green Essex CO9 1QA

(application ref: 25/00897/FUL)

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold a Hearing opening on the 4 February 2026 to decide the appeal.
