*If this application is for a minor commercial application, and the council refuse this application, then the applicant will have the right to appeal. If the appeal is dealt with through the Planning Inspectorate’s Expedited Commercials Appeals Service, comments made on this application will automatically be forwarded to the Inspectorate for consideration.
