Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan,

2025/3371 GT & LT PLUMSTEAD (Thorpe End), The Grove, Smee Lane, NR13 5AU – Placement of solar panels onto the south facing roof of the external barn building.

Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage,

2025/3559 BURGH AND TUTTINGTON, The Beeches, 36 The Street, NR11 6TP – Repairs to roof of historic stable building, re-using existing pantiles.

Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area, Listed Building and/or curtilage,

2025/3642 AYLSHAM, 6 Holman Road, NR11 6BY – Demolition of rear extension and conservatory and replacement with new single storey extension. Including porch, lean-to car port and cart shed. Widening of existing access and addition of new single swing gate.

Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area,
